For Tablet, you need the following primary WWAN antenna:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-Lenovo-Thin ... 4aae2f29ad
[The primary antenna in the set you showed is for non-Tablet units.]

The HSDPA WWAN card for the X61 Tablet is the Sierra Wireless MC8775 (FRU #42T0931). It is SIM-unlocked.

If you install a modified BIOS + tape Pin-20 of the HSDPA WWAN card, then you can use any HSDPA WWAN card.

If you use the MC8775, then you do not need an AUX antenna because the MC8775 has only one antenna connector. If you use a different card -- which means you need to install a modified BIOS -- then use the AUX antenna from the picture you showed, or a similar one.

All X61 models have a SIM card "slot" in the body moulding, but not all X61 plannar boards have a SIM reader installed on them. Just having the slot moulding in the body does not inidcate that your have all the other things necessary for WWAN support in your X61.

Cheers,
