pci-e N adapter for X61

Need to do some wireless captures w/N and would like to swap out stock card in my X61. Since I'm doing captures, throughput is not that critical. I'm planning on using Backtracks/Wireshark. Will an Intel 5100, 5300, or 6200 work in an X61?

I've recently put a 6200 in my x61.

Works fine. You have to either use a lenovo part or flash with a hacked bios to remove the hardware whitelist.

if you want to use the N wireless card in the Intel 5xxx or 6xxx series, then you would need to flash the BIOS with the Middleton's bios, even the Lenovo sourced version won't work.
