I have modified BIOS (Middleton). Does this card will be working as 802.11n?

I run a 6200 in my X60s, and another 6200 in my T61 (with Middleton BIOS).
The 6200 and 6250 are the same card, with additional Wimax on the 6250.
Can't see why that would not work...

Both are non-Lenovo cards.
They may be Chinese and they were cheap enough (~$10.- each), but they work great.

Thanks! But in one slot WiMax doesn't recognized. Very strange situation at this moment . In one slot only Wi-Fi is working (WiMax doesn't recognized) in another slot only WiMax is working (Wi-Fi adapter recognized, but not working)

This is correct for the x61s (and the T60 to) - the 6250N module supports two technologies - PCIe for WiFi & USB for WiMax - each mPCIe slot in x61s unfortunately only supports one technology per slot - USB for the WWAN slot and PCIe for the WiFi slot - Newer ThinkPads have mPCIe slots that support both technologies.
It is possible to run jumper wires from the WWAN slot to the unused USB data pins on the WiFi slot - see forum member: andy2000 pic's link in :
T61 and WiMAX

Great! Many thanks! Does 5150 or 5350 will be work in x61s? Or the same problem?
And I don't quite understand what pins at WWAN and WLAN slots I should jumpered.

Yep, 5150 & 5350 would be the same - As per the link above: Pins 36 (USB_D-), 38 (USB_D+) and if the WWAN LED was required Pin 42 would need to be jumpered from the WWAN slot to the unused USB data pins on the WiFi slot.
You will need to work out on the
mPCIe slot(s) where these pins are located.
