ultrabase battery any good?

are the ultrabase adapter batteries any good? I used to have one for the X30 and it was great but after I hadn't used it for a month, it went dead.

Whereas I can get good condition used T500 or T410 genuine batteries off feebay for $10-$15, used OEM batteries for X200 and X201 cannot be found at...
