FAQ:
Q: Where is the 11e series, 13 series, and the S series subforum board?
A: It doesn't exist. I suggest asking Bill to create a new board for these bespoke models. Currently, they're 'supposed' to be in the ThinkPad Edge / E-series subforum board.

Q: Where does the PC110 fit in?
A: It's not a ThinkPad, but since almost everybody thinks it is, it belongs to the Legacy Hardware subforum board.

Q: Where does the PS/55 Note, PS/Note 425, PS/Note N33SX, PS/Note N45SL, PS/Note N51SLC, PS/Note N51SX, PS/Note N82, and the PS/2 L40SX fit in?
A: Again, those are not ThinkPads. They're still accepted for god knows what reason though, so they belong to the Legacy Hardware subforum board.

Q: I'm having a hard time searching for my model in this ungodly mess, could you please organize it?
A: This is the best that I can do, maybe try using Control+F (Windows) or Command+F (macOS). However if these shortcut keybinds don't trigger the 'find-in-page' function, you'll have to check your browser's user guide for help (e.g. Linux, BSD, Solaris, OS/2, AIX, IRIX, DOS).

EDIT: Added China exclusive models.

Am I allowed to post here? I feel like some of the models should be moved around. Just my opinion. X230 is more similar to an X220 than an X240, for example. And the T14 is literally the same machine as a T490, they should be in the same forum.

General ideas:
-Move 30 series to 20 series forum. These 30 series machines are internally and externally more similar to the 20 series than the 40 series, to the point where most parts work with both. This, while the most correct change, is probably too hard to pull off after 8 years of the current list.

-Combine the T14/T15 and the T490/T590 forum. These machines are literally identical in all but name, and almost all parts (if not literally every part) can be moved between them.

-Combine the X13 and X390 forum. These machines are literally identical in all but name, and some parts can be moved between them. Same idea as the newer T series.

-Move X1 Extreme, T15p and T15g to the P forum (these machines are P series machines with T series branding, the X1 Extreme and the P1 are 100% identical except the GPU option and naming).

-Move T25 to T490 forum (it's a single model, not really worth having it's own forum).

-Combine X1xxe and Edge series (similar idea, cheap machines).

Uh, I don't handle the models' organization here. Bill does.

All I did was to point out their forum boards, that's about it.

I'm aware, just letting my thoughts be known in case Bill or another admin comes across this thread.
