Hi. I bought a ThinkPad X121e aout 6 weeks ago. I am unable to use hyperlinks. When I try to click on a hyperlink I get a message saying "restrictions in effect on this computer. Contact your system adminstrator". Can anyone help me to get rid of these "restrictions" which was how the laptop arrived, but are very much not wanted. Thank you, Linda

Those restrictions are in the software, not in the hardware.
It's probably in Outlook, and/or in the IE browser.
