Change o s to English help!!

Was given a brand new Lenovo Miix 2 8 from a Chinese business colleague. Would love to use it but the OS is all in Chinese. How can I change it (especially since I cannot fathom the Chinese characters in settings.

Get the (English) Userguide:

See page 19, then check with a Chinese friend to check recovery on your new tablet.
Maybe it also offers other languages in its recovery?
If not, contact Lenovo for an English recovery, or find a Windows 8.1 Tablet download somewhere.
Alternatively: find someone with an English tablet who wants to swap it for a Chinese one...

This is an old thread, but have you tried Vistalizator? Google that, it works perfectly.
