I found someone with a x220 i7 hackintosh...

Please sir I am dying to know : does everything work?
I mean especially USB 3 with true USB 3 speeds?

Hdmi out is also important to me.

Could you please state what works and what doesnt, a X220 i7 hackintosh is my DREAM computerrrrr.
