Infrared Working or Not?

Hi All!

I've been reading the OS-X posts over and over for several days trying to find information on making the Infrared receiver for the T60p work.

Does anyone have a working solution? I'm planning to get the Apple Remote and use it for Front Row but I'm currently stuck in getting OS-X to detect my IR receiver.

I tried manually changing the Base address/IRQs/DMAs thru BIOS setup but still unsuccessful.


I'm using T60p 2623-DDU running BIOS 1.11 on OS-X 10.4.7.

Hi everyone. I'm also wondering about the Apple remote. Has anyone ever tried to use it with the IR receiver of a Thinkpad ? If yes, how ? And if not, what were the pain points ?
