T60 - problems with DVI on Advanced Mini-Dock

#1 Post by BeansBaxter » Wed Feb 14, 2007 7:53 am

Has anybody been able to get DVI output on the Advanced Mini-Dock working properly on a T60 with GMA 950 video?

The LCD works fine docked or undocked. The VGA port on the dock also works fine. When I use DVI, I get a normal-looking display up until it switches from the gray startup-up screen to the blue "Loading OS X" screen. The screen stays blue and never shows any dialogs, not even the progress bar while it loads.

I can VNC into the machine and see the login window. Even after logging in over VNC, DVI output still shows the same blue screen.

I've tried changing all the BIOS settings related to video but the don't seem to affect this problem.

This is all with the JaS 10.4.8 SSE3 & SSE2 reseed with the PPF applied and when I installed, I included the GMA 950 fix on the DVD.
