Problems installing on Z60m

Hi, im trying to install JaS.OSX.10.4.8.SSE3.Intel.Only on this system:
I am booting from the CD and after 20-30 seconds I see the boot process initiates some kill process and turns off the pc.
Any thoughts, can't seem to make out whats wrong from the -v log screen?
