Hello!

I have Vista and OSX fully installed on my laptop (t42) and everything works great, except the bootloader.

I am currently using the windows partition as the active partition. Vista's bootloader comes up, and gives me the option of Windows or OSX. If I select OSX it goes to the darwin bootloader and auto-reselects windows (since it is the active partition) and goes back to that bootloader. I know I can set the timeout on the darwin bootloader and everything, but i really want darwin to boot directly to OSX if i choose that on the vista bootloader, I don't want to chose OSX AGAIN right after the first time.

Also, for anyone suggesting using the darwin loader and ignoring VIstas: I can't do that because i want it to boot Vista nativly, and if i set the OSX partition active it will then boot OSX first :-p

I use the XP bootloader (which gets "wrapped" inside the Vista bootloader) and it works good. I select OSX and then select the OSX partition to boot from and press enter... (you do need to setup the delay in OSX startup for this to work tho!)

Alternatively, you can install Acronis OS Selector and have one keystroke/mouse click boot selection.

The only drawback is that the OS selector is a bit slow at startup, which is why I opted for the windows one and dual selection.

Good luck!
