Just curious if it matters for OSX-on-thinkpad if your screen is Wide or Not?
Any benefit having one or the other when running OSX?
OSX on thinkpad better on Widescreen than Non-Widescreen?

there's also the issue of which video card, for example the x1300 does not work at 1680x1050, but does work at 1440x1050... so it's the combination of resolution and graphics card.Atari wrote:Just curious if it matters for OSX-on-thinkpad if your screen is Wide or Not?

but assuming you can get it to work, it's just a personal preference.
