hi,

worked it out to install the Kalyway´s 10.5.2 on my T60p (1007vef).

Still i have the following problems:

1.) Display works with 1024x768 instead 1400x1050
2.) No WLAN
3.) No sound

I would really appreciate any help.
I am new to OSX, so please if You can help me, I need detailed installation infos
Thanks to the experts!!

actually, you can get all of your issues working if you just read a few posts here.

well I did a lot of reading, searching and trying, but I didn´t find real working solutions.
Especially the video "solutions" I found I have no possibility to get the 1400x1050, it displays 1680x1050 in two sections, no selection for my resolution availlable.

Help still needed.

There is a solution. I posted files in that thread to get 1400x1050 on FireGL 5250 working. :)

hi Andrey,

thanks I used Your Kext files and they work but with one problem.
When I start it normally than the menues are black letter on black background. Only when I start with -x optin then I have the standard menue (black letters on white background)

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Did you install "Leopard Graphics Update"? In my experience that was breaking the menus. I have not found a solution to the updated drivers yet, so I'm staying on 10.5.2 w/o Leopard Graphics Update.

Alternatively, you can install 10.5 >> upgrade to 10.5.1 >> install graphic drivers >> upgrade to Kalyway 10.5.2 if you haven't installed Leopard Graphics Update to have FireGL 5250 working on 10.5.2

Yes I installed as suggeseted in some posts the "Leopard Graphics Update".
So I have to reinstall the complete system without this update?

thanks
