May I suggest a matrix?
In the interest of keeping our felines in their own boxes...

Could you please respond with the following list of what worked for you in which O/S and on what H/W. If the same driver worked on multiple O/S versions, specify the latest version but mention the older in comments.

Working with 9.2.0 sleep kernel, by netkas. Read my thread about when it works, and when it doesn't.

OSX:
10.5.1 Kalyway
Unmodified kernel(no sleep support)

Graphics:
ATI FireGL V5200 256M
Installed NATIT, but removed extension due to graphics trouble.
Added PCI ID to ATIRadeonX1000.kext/Contents/Plist.info
Using "Graphics Mode"="1600x1200" at boot to get full resolution
Full QE/CI with minimal cursor tearing.

Audio:
Currently using AzaliaOut, but will change to Conexant HD.

Cardbus:
Using Chun-Nan kext's for support.

Comments:
Slightly different - EDID data would not be the same. Underlying video support is not exactly the same(V5200->x1600, V5250->x1700).
I only removed NATIT kext, but left other infrastructure in due to it defaulting to another card(Alopias default/Wormy needed).
