Can be that you have problems with video, can be something else. Please check my DSDT guide and maybe use booter and prepared DSDT from there.

Check if hardware wireless switch is ON. I once spent 4 hours trying to find out why my wireless stopped working, and it was that bloody switch.

I recently obtained a Lenovo Thinkpad T60 8743 CTO with a Core 2 Duo 2.0ghz, 3gb of ram, 80GB hard drive, ATI Radeon x1400 & a docking station. I used a SL distro to get it up and running, Hazard 10.6.2 and it worked pretty well aside from wireless, boot loader and video was stuck at 1024 X 768 but most of that was my fault as I did the install without a guide and got a few kexts wrong. Afterwards I ran the 10.6.5 combo update and then ran Kextbeast from TonyMac's website before restarting and on my first restart i get a KP and it won't go any further. That is where I left it last night. I would like to avoid installing Leopard and I don't have an actual Mac to do the drive that way so I was wondering if there is a better distro of SL or should I try vanilla and get the right kexts, but how do I load Kexts before installing? This is a lot more complicated than a Windows install lol. I already have a few SL distros including Hazard 10.6.6 but it causes a KP when I try to boot from it so I went with the other one instead. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I don't chase my tail too much. Thanks in advance

Boot with any distro you can, prepare vanilla installation USB with a number of custom kexts. Then read any of the guides here (http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=85344) carefully and follow instructions. You need to read them in order to achieve good results people here have.
