OSX 10.6 on a T61

I tried doing this the other night with Vanilla and MyHack. At first my friend and I got as far as having it ask what language we would like then when it asked what volume to install it on, it only had my USB volume appearing. It didn't recognize the startup disk. Has anyone successfully installed SL on a T61? I've looked at the X61 tutorial on insanely Mac but it didnt work for me. Is there any tutorial that's specifically made for the T61?
