decent graphical support for W500?

#1 Post by spotter » Tue Jan 26, 2010 11:06 pm

anyone know if/how I can get this supported well?

I'm using iatkos v7 and the main thing right now that's not working well is the graphics (well, sound doesn't appear to be working either, even though it seems that its detected and I can "change" volume, though don't hear anything).

From what I can tell, there's no hope right now to get the gma 4500 working. However, it seems that the radeon side should be able to made to work. However, I can't seem to figure it out.

any ideas?

thanks

neither GPU will work, as there is no mobility radeon support or GMA4500 support in the kexts, sorry.
IBM Thinkpads I own:
600e, T30, T40, X41T
