sound card drivers

I have Lenovo 3000 series laptop.How to install sound card drivers after formatting and where do i get them?
I have formatted my Lenovo 3000 series.Now I do not have the drivers for the sound card.Tried to download it from Lenovo website.still not working.ANy suggestions ?

If you're installing 7, update will install it for you.
