Lenovo 3000 N200 will not boot

Hi,

Posting about my N200 and wondering if any of you guys know how to resolve this.

Not long ago I dug out my N200 in hopes that it still works, etc and was going to install a different OS on it. But I went to turn it on, it only shown the power light for a few seconds and just goes off. Any ideas what I can do about it?

Try a new CMOS battery...

It appears the laptop is dead and is now sitting waiting to be stripped for parts. Old post, but it's a quick update that it's a non-functioning machine because I've replaced and reseated every part, tried other adapters and whatnot but the verdict is that it's dead.
