I've got the N100 using the same Broadcom wireless card & driver and it works fine using WPA-PSK. However I'm having a different problem with my card on XP--

It connects fine to 802.11g on channels 8, 9, 10 & 11, but has a problem connecting or passing data on the lower channels. After navigating through Thinkvantage support, the rep told me that a few level 2s had seen the same problem and the fix was to use the Broadcom drivers for Vista. Unfortunately the self-extracting distro from the website keeps complaining about being corrupted. Am a long time supporter of IBM but all in all unhappy with Lenovo support.
