Latest BIOS on N100

Has anyone applied the new BIOS that came out on Apr 26th. Please post if you see any improvements, comments etc

Yes I install it last night. Cant tell any difference but Lenovo says its a critical update. Didn't have any new options in the setup screens.

Can you walk me through the process. I keep getting a blue screen if I select the bios from the realtek folder which seems to be what I need.
I am using WinXP pro with SP2, and clicking the AdRomLdr.exe

I just ran AdRomLdr.exe in the main folder not in the subdirectorys. I am using Vista so I had to select " Run as administrator" The program doesnt have many options.

Hello, upgrade worked well on my N100. I experienced a faster loading of vista bar (all widgets load and showed at the same time) and a processor blowing fan more silent than before upgrade. That's all for first impression :wink:

I applied it and noticed no changes at all.
