Vista language from Deutsch to Englisch

#1 Post by zeeshanzia84 » Thu Oct 11, 2007 6:52 pm

Hi,

I am currently residing in Munich, Germany. I have just bought a Lenovo 3000 N100 machine, which comes with Windows Vista installed in the German language. Is there anyway to change the language to Englisch???

Thanks in advance.

Have a look in;
Systemsteuerung - Regions u. Sprachoptionen - Tastaturen u. Sprachen.

In some versions of Vista you can swap to English.

I understand your frustration. It is not easy to get English (US) preload CDs in non-English speaking country :? I still don't understand why English is not provided as a second option during the first boot (HP does, Acer does, Sony does ...). Contact authorized service partner, they should be able to help you.

BTW this is one of reasons I'm considering HP to be my next notebook :x
