Vista SP1 Y410 Unable to Install

I have been trying to install Vista's SP1 in my Lenovo 3000 Y410 to no avail. At the very end it says SP1 did not install and the system is reverting back. I uninstalled my firewall (Comodo), stopped my antivirus (McAfee Security Center) program from running to no avail. SP1 still won't install.
If anyone has any idea what I should do to install SP1 that would be greatly appreciated. The error code I receive is 80041026.
