Hi, I wanted to make sure, if I got the first SSD below, which I infer is a lower performance SLC than the one below, will the pricier one have any noticeable effect when upgrading the SATA I Lenovo 3000 v100 notebook? from what I understand the SATA I maxes out at 150mb/s but is there any advantage in terms of seek times for example?
Just asking out of curiosity, to understand these matters. I was also trying to estimate how much is it faster than the current hard drive I have, which according to the v100 benchmarks gets about 785 on PCmark02 HDD, which translates to roughly 3222 on PcmarkHD05 (I calculated this according to comparisons between 02 and 05 scores I found).
So will this mean that theoretically, a PCmarkHD05 score of 21k will be seven times faster?
