One KeyRestore, Norton Ghost 15 etc.

I have a G560 whose hard drive went bad and a replacement was sent to me by lenovo rather than sending the whole machine in for service. However, because of this, unless I do send the whole machine in, I can't get the hard drive formatted with the proper partitions to enable using oneKey. Beyond that I had done an upgrade of the Windows 7 home premium 64 bit to Ultimate and installed software, so sending the machine back to Lenovo would have me doing the upgrade and installing hardware.
After I upgraded the machine and added software, way before the hard drive went bad, I ghosted the first partition with the drives and the second partition with the OS, but not the third hidden partition. I understand the third partition has to have its disk signature set to a special number. However, I have no idea what the size of the 3rd hidden partition was. In addition it seems that Ghost will not easily allow me to just bare metal recover the OS partition onto the new hard drive, because I get a BOOTMGR missing, and trying a startup repair and rebuilding the bcd does not help.
I would prefer to be able to recreate the 3 partitions and use ghost to reinstall the data from the first partion and the second OS partition and get OKR to work properly again, but I understand that is a tall order.
Thanks.
