y570 gpu random 0%

a week ago it started that when i play skyrim and bf3, here and there every minute or two my gpu usage will go down to 0-10% from 98% twice in 5 seconds. other than that i run these games at good settings 60 fps so its not my specifications. i did all the already recommended energy management options for the y570. im running latest recommended drivers. anyone experience this?
