Lenovo's hard drive partition hotfix for Yoga 13

If you have of of these and dislike the default partitioning as reported by ZDNet's Ed Bott here, he has a follow-up article here that mentioned Lenovo's hotfix that reclaims more space.
IdeaPad S10 and ThinkPad Edge E130 user.
