Ideapad Z380

#1 Post by BruisedQuasar » Fri Feb 15, 2013 2:09 pm

I'm considering buying a refurbished 13.3" Ideapad Z380. I'm interested in the specs -3rd generation i5, HD 4000, 7200RPM 500GB HDD HDMI out USB 3.0. Primary use willl be streaming video to a big screen HD TV & general business tasks of internet research, word processing, etc.

I can't find something that is easy to find on other laptops, the weight and the general quality. Can anyone tell me if buying a Z380 is a good or bad idea? I find Z370 models all over but not many Z380

The general specs including weight and dimensions can be found at the Lenovo link below.......

As for product reviews, have you considered just Googling that model to see what reviews are out there? Here is the results of a quick search I did......

I read all the reviews I could find. Members here used to give each other their opinions and findings when asked on specific
models, for example the downside of the T-43 & shortcomings of the classic T-61. I guess I assumed that was still
the case. Thank you anyway. I'll look elsewhere from now on.

Sorry to see that you have received no additional responses here. Have you tried the Lenovo Community Forums at the link I posted below?

The Thinkpads forum here tends to be visited by the hardcore "ThinkPad" owners so the Lenovo forum maybe a better place to get information about the "IdeaPad" product line from Lenovo.
