How much is my N100 3000 worth?

Hi,
I'm hoping I could have an opinion on how much my N100 is worth. I'm thinking about upgrading to a Thinkpad, but I think I will have to sell the N100 first.

Here are the specs:

HDD: 80gb
RAM: 1gb (upgraded from 512)
CPU: 1.60ghz
Windows XP Pro
Camera
Fingerprint Reader
With charger, CD's and Documentation
Minor scratches on the lid, not noticable unless you look carefully.
Needs new battery because it no longer holds charge.

Looking at what's available on EBay, I'd guess it's worth around $450 with a bad battery.
