hello,
I changer t61 to s10 , I was thinking, that I can swap disk from t61, and it will run in e10.It should... I know that windows canhave problems with drivers, etc. but was also ntldr...
I was wondering why... Disk is working ok in t61, and partition problems on s10...?

I will try to fix it, but not sure will it works...

I was looking for drivers and Ifound here ( maby somebody will need it) :

XP and Vista only want to load with the original hardware drivers. So thus it will not boot in another laptop that is not identical to the one the hard drive is coming from.

There are some work arounds sometimes that will get the OS loading without having to do a fresh install. Just google and you should get some hits.
