Well, there are many but the OS tried to tell me I can't do certain things. XP Home is like a limited, crippled version of Pro.
This response does not answer the question. Rather curious as I've not experienced any limitations that have crippled the performance or capabilities.
Very interesting.

My time on that XP Home is rather brief. For the most part, a normal user would do just fine.
The last straw was when I tried to remove the virus after hours scanning the machine, it told me I'm a normal user and does not have power to delete anything. I'm the only user on that machine. I tried all the google tutorial to reset permission, etc...
and it still does not work. It's like MS believe people using XP Home will only listen to music and will not do any tinkering with the registries or anything.
Home may work for you but isn't my taste.

My OS of choice if we are talking Windows, is XP Pro, however that's on my ThinkPads. On my two Lenovo netbooks they have XP home as the default OS. I simply haven't had a problem doing anything I've wished to do with that OS. Again, I use a netbook as it was designed to be used, as a secondary machine for light work, internet & email. Everything else is done on a ThinkPad.
Cheers...
