possible to order and install missing battery indicator LED cover?

Hello Folks!

First time poster here; happy to be here. My thinkpad X220 arrived from ebay missing the cover that is supposed to go over the indicator LED for the battery life and charging status. This cover has the symbols on it for the battery etc.

Is it possible to order these individually? and if so, would I just install it with glue? or does it snap in? I haven't found anything on this in my internet searches.
