X200T cannot enable numpad :(
Hi everyone,
I've recently got a X200T with windows 7, and I cannot get the num lock to work and I'm at the point where if I continue I may mess up so I would like some technical help on this.
I've installed the following drivers to try and fix it: Power management, Hot keys, on screen display and a few more which i haven't been able to turn it on via Fn + ScrLk.
Also, I have a mouse keys icon at the bottom right of the screen with a x next to it.
I really hope you can help me fix this as I want it to work as it should.
Thanks in advance.

To enable the numpad keys, you need to press Fn+ScrLk/NmLk keys together.
Do Fn+Home and Fn+End (screen dimmer) work?
In the ANSI version of keyboards (e.g. US layout), that key has "<- Backspace" on it (above the horizontal Enter key).
In the ISO version of keyboards (e.g. UK, German), that key has what you call a "mouse icon with an x" on it (above the upside-down-L Enter key).
Download the X200T manual from the HMM link above and check Chapter 6.

Hi,
Yes the screen dimmer work, plus the arrow keys for the stop, play forward, rewind works, I’ll have a look at the link and update you, thank you.

Re: X200T cannot enable numpad :(
it's not impossible that one of the keys you need to activate Numlock is simply not working.
My anecdote is I have encountered keyboard failures in secondhand X200/201 more commonly than in other models.

Re: X200T cannot enable numpad :(
At this point I think it is an issue with the key, the screen shot works but must be the num lock that’s gone, even in live boot which ideally should work.
I’ve bricked the boot loader trying to put arch on a usb but now debating some different OS to replace windows 7
Thanks for your help

Your problem sounds similar to my X220 keyboard (currently installed in an SK-8855).
Right arrow key works, but Win + Right arrow doesn't register, even though Win + Left, Win + Up, and Win + Down all work.
