No Internet after return from sleep

Hi, I have x301 , everything was working during the time vista was installed. I decided to install Win 7 and now I have a problem after i wake up my laptop. I have also USB Port replicator with digital video. Almost every time after I wake up my laptop I don't have internet connection and I need to shut down port replicator and power it up again. I checked and turn off option for USB root in Device management to allow shut down to save power, also I turned off option in power management to disable USB selective suspend. You probably know that USB Port replicator is connected only with USB cable to laptop and that is why I tried this USB possibilities. Can you please help me. Any advice , tip is welcome. Thanks
