Intermittent Wifi Status Light - "Dim - Off - On" X200

Hi,
My X200 (P8700, with LED LCD) have some problem with its Wifi LED status and sound.

While Wifi are "on", status LED are mostly just doesnt lit, sometimes it lit very dim, and one some rare case it lit normally.
Would it be the problem with the led itself or something else.
I already makesure that it is not Windows / Driver / BIOS problem.

Other problem are sound are mostly produced stuttered in windows/linux/games .....
And i already checks and make sure too that it is not a problem with Os/Driver/Bios as i already reinstall/downgrade/upgrade. Will the sound chips is the problem ? Or may be something else ?

Any experiences / inputs / shares are greatly appreciated.
