[X200] Damaged I/O card

#1 Post by ov_Darkness » Wed Nov 23, 2011 6:09 pm

Hi everyone!

Due to intensive usage of my X200, I've added few things to it: 3G antennas, camera, Bluetooth, voiding the warranty I suppose.
I've also damaged LCD cable in the process, so I had to replace it.

Apart of that, headphone jack in my I/o card is not working properly, probably it's worn out.
Can i replace it someway, or should I replace whole I/O card?
I've searched for similar headphone jack, but I failed.

you mean you want to replace the headphone jack by itself?

if you don't want to replace the headphone jack get a expresscard sound card or just use the headphone jack on a dock.

Replace the I/O card -- for $20 (+ $1 shipping to Poland), there is little point in spending time on "alternative solutions":
