Hi,
Do you believe the B131HW02 laptop module as found in the Sony Z 13" laptop can be plugged in to a X220T, if so how?
It's a 13" 1920x1080 module. I don't find any PDF specification document for it anywhere, if you know of it please post it here.
Thanks,
Mikael

Won't fit (12.5" vs. 13.1"), plus it's a TN panel, doesn't look as nice as IPS screen in X220T. Besides, connector may not be compatible.

Aha.
What's the highest-res display module that ought to fit that's in production today, that you're aware of?
Even though I prefer IPS also - it rocks, in particular compared to ancient TN - for the work I do, higher resolution would be of priority anyhow.
By the way, this is the world's best laptop for what I do, except for the screen resolution, which is completely insufficient (no serious office work ever at 768px screen height! in particular not software development or other technical activities.); do you know how to reach guys working at Lenovo as to get this feedback to the right person there?
Thanks!

Try the authors of this blog:

They're Lenovo engineers talking about their design decisions, and so on...
In my honest opinion, you're better off with a Vaio Z1 if screen real estate is important to you. I prefer my FHD Z1 to my X61s with SXGA+ display, so that should tell you how nice it is
