memory to x201

Hi guys,

My friend needs to upgrade memory in his X201 to 8GB.
I found that 2 links: GSKILL and Kingston
Now the question is which of them would be better
Kingston is faster than GSKILL but will X201 be able to use that speed or it will clockdown memory?
I'd be very gratefull for your all replies.

Buy on price as I doubt there's much difference between them.
