x220 i7 not reaching 3.3ghz

on my x220 i7 2620M it should be going up to 3.3ghz on maximum turbo, but it only goes to 3.2 with a 32x multiplier. i know there are some bios settings that have to do with power. does anyone know the exact settings to make it hit 3.3ghz either in the power manager software or bios?

So you've updated the BIOS?
If you haven't, you should do probably do that. It may fix that issue.

Some reviews I've read state that 3.2GHz is the maximum turbo anyways.
I'm not sure why, though, considering the maximum for that chip is 3.4GHz.

The 3.4 would only be seen if only a single core was active I believe (or at least the other core had very low utilization) so it might require some unusual config to see it in practice.
