Is there a difference between the keyboard manufacturers?

I'm buying a replacement for my X201 keyboard, and I see that there's two options. One is a bit more money, but functionally they look the same. The manufacturers are different and I'm wondering what difference in quality in the touch typing exists.

Any thoughts:

Buy.com does their listings a little weird, what is listed as the manufacturer is actually the reseller.

You'd have to use the FRU number to lookup the manufacturer of the keyboard. There are three companies that make X200 keyboards (I think), Chicony, ALPs, and NMB. NMB are generally seen as being the best, but it is extremely subjective. I use a NMB and really like it, but I've used the clickier Chicony on other machines and have enjoyed it as well.

Where can I get the parts to each of these three, and also determine what I currently have, which I like, however the space bar shipped in a bowed state, which has bothered me since day one.
