X220i Pen and Touch not working

After I replaced my hard drive with an intel SSD, I installed windows 7 + and all of the drivers from the Lenovo website and the pen and touch function stopped working. Bios says has everything enabled and I ran the diagnostic tool with no issues. I can't figure out whats wrong. I am fed up and desperate. Any help is greatly appreciated.
