X201T + additional bluetooth module

Hi,

My x201 was bought without bluetooth. But i've bought the 39T0497 module and installed in on motherboard and .... nothing
No device was discovered .... nothing.

What I can do to bring id to live?

did you enable it with FN+F5 ?

FN+F5 talks with the bios. You enable a device, THEN windows detects it and install the needed drivers.


If you can't see the bluetooth option with FN+F5, it's because it is not compatible or (more likely) blacklisted, indeed that part number is listed everywhere as compatible with X60 /R60 / Z60 but not X200/X201.

Thanks for the replay ... my question is ... is there any way to "hack" bios? As a zeder afair does not has bios for x201?
