Does X200 need a thinkpad version of HV121WX4-120

Just got a x200 with lcd sreen. Can't stand it and plan to do the affs mod on it. But when I start searching, the price range is huge which make me think if x200 needs a HV121WX4-120 that works specifically with Thinkpad.

Also, for those who own a HV121WX4 panel, does the brightless good enough for outdoor use? How does it compare with one that comes with a regular LED screen?
