X220 Repair Manual

Someone posted a link to Lenovo site where they had step by step instructions to replace certain parts like keyboard, palm rest, monitor, hard drive, etc.. I should have bookmarked it, I cannot find it. My palmrest chipped under the touchpad, and I need to know if it is just the 4 screws at the bottom that's holding it in place.

Also, it would be nice if the link is sticky'ed somewhere so it can be easily located in the future.

Disassemble instructions are located in the HMM, but there's videos on the training and service site.
