CORRECT Express Card for X220T

I have X220T, purchased last week, with i7 and 160gb SSD on-board.

I want to use the Express card slot such mainly for the objective of using it as an extra 2 USB ports. I wish to opt for an express card that MOUNTS FLUSH with the X220T.

Have done few searches on this forum and even googled it, but did not get satisfactory response.

Any advice on which one should I buy? Links will be greatly appreciated.
