I am planning to buy X220 for me (mainly to working use).
Is there available 4g (LTE, in Europe) wwan card to intergrate to X220?? I know plenty of 3g cards, but how about 4g??
And second issue, how long X220 has been in market? Any guess or rumours if there will be soon follower for X220 from lenovo??

No.
LTE based
4G implementations to date have varied quite widely in terms of implementation specifications, so there hasn't been a good target for the internal card providers. Things are improving slowly, but its going to take a while before there are truly satisfactory internal card products on the market. Sierra has some 4G support in its latest 77xx cards, but supplies 3 different cards to cover the current global
4G market.
At the moment I'm running
4G (3GPP Long Term Evolution) on the 1800Mhz band with 10MHz channel space using a Sierra 320U external device with my X220, and the speeds are truly remarkable.... RSSP: -66dbM, RSRQ: -7dB, downlink: ~53 Mbps down, uplink: ~15Mbps up, ping 30ms

The X230 is announced and should be available from early June 2012. It will support some of the Sierra 77xx cards, but its not totally clear as yet
exactly which 77xx versions will be supported
