UltraNav Tab won't show up in Mouse Properties(Pic)

I been trying to install Windows 7 x64 on my X220i. For some reason, the UltraNav Tab doesn't show up in the Mouse Properties on the Control Panel. It doesn't show up in device manager either. I installed the Hotkey driver first, for the system interface driver, then the UltraNav Driver and Utility. I tried doing the UltraNavs in reverse order. I tried doing the UltraNav first before the Hotkey, but so far, have found no joy. Usually, when I install the UltraNav driver, Windows pops up a dialog box telling me the driver may have not installed correctly and asking if it installed correctly or if I want to re-install using the correct settings. I've seen this before dating back to my 14" R60. Usually if I installed the UltraNav first, it worked, but that hasn't been the case here. I used to have a x64 image, where this worked, but I tossed it because I never used it.

Anyone seen this before or have a possible solution? Someone suggested system update, but I really don't want the overhead and rarely update anyway. Thanks.

It seems the cable for the touchpad wasn't quite properly seated. Before I found this out, I pulled the trackpoint driver off Windows update and like it better than the UltraNav driver. I pulled the cable back out to use the Windows driver again. It seems all's well that ends well.
