HOW to change hard drive in X220

Does anybody know where I can find information showing me how to change out the hard drive in the X220?
Not the SSD, just the stock 320gig drive.

these are for the X200 but apply to the X220. the procedure is identical.

Excellent, thanks...Looks very easy to do.
I'll experiment with the new drive I'm going to buy and keep the original OE drive as is in case my experimentation with loading Windows clean without the Lenovo software doesn't work out for some reason.
