Corsair Neutron GTX 120 SSD and Thinkpad x200s

#1 Post by frgtn » Fri Nov 02, 2012 5:10 pm

I'm considering upgrading my x200s from a 7200rpm spinning metal drive to Corsair Neutron GTX 120 SSD but I'm not sure if the BIOS will play along.

Has anyone tried using new Corsair Neutron GTX SSDs with their thinkpad X200(s)?

I don't think the X200 is picky, it will probably take any drive you put it.
Main: i5 3550, 16GB, Z68 Pro3 M, 64GB SLC, 320GB HD, GTX 650Ti, 21.5 FHD LED
T420: i5-2520m, 8GB, SSD: 64GB SLC (boot) | 128GB MLC (storage), HD3000, HD (1366x768), 6 Cell, BT, WebCam
X220: i5-2520m, 4GB, SSD: 64GB SLC (boot) | 128GB MLC (storage), HD3000, HD (1366x768), 6 Cell, BT, WebCam, FP
